Want to tell the government how they should improve the ADA?
This Monday, January 10, the Department of Justice will be holding one of three national public hearings in San Francisco to get feedback on proposed revisions of the ADA. Pushing Limits is taking a look at two of the four proposed revisions, the ones related to media. They are internet accessibility and equal access in movie theaters. To help you prepare your comments for the hearing, we talk to Mary Watkins, Head of Media Communications for NPR’s WGBH; T.V. Raman, a visually impaired Research Analyst for Google, and Rhianon Guiterrez, a filmmaker with a hearing loss.
Develop your own opinions for Monday’s hearing and then let you voice be heard!
